David Thompson, a resident of Madison, NJ since 1969, introduces his version of the classic Apple Tarte Tatin.  The tarte consists of apples cooked in caramelized sugar and butter inverted over a single pie crust.

Store frozen for several months.  Follow baking instructions to serve and enjoy the ultimate comfort food.

Available in two sizes: seven-inch (4 servings) and nine-inch (8 servings).
